RENTAL SERVICES

PRICES AND METHOD OF PAYMENT

The price of the service is a matter of agreement. Prices posted on the website are official and can be adjusted depending on the project. Contact us for all additional details.

Payment is made in advance or by invoice issued before taking over the recorded materials.

The materials cannot BE ISSUED before the payment is completed.

OUR OBLIGATIONS

Our obligation is for the equipment delivered on the set to be in good condition. The equipment is maintained and serviced in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.
The equipment is accompanied by an assistant who takes care of its safety and correctness, helps in setting it up and during the shooting.
The equipment can be delivered in our vehicle, or taken with the customer's vehicle - by agreement.
At any time we are at your disposal to do tests that will determine the method of filming.
It is our responsibility to transfer the recorded material to your disc. Control of the materials, confirmation that everything has been transferred is the obligation of the client in a period of two (2) days. We do not keep an archive.

OBLIGATIONS OF THE CLIENT

RED cameras also have detailed ONLINE instructions that are good to be studied by the cameraman.
The details concerning the actual filming are not our responsibility.
Any damage to the equipment by the team that manages it is charged extra.
The return of the equipment is done at the end of the period in which the lease is agreed. The equipment should be returned immediately after filming. If left for the next day - we calculate an additional recording day.
The fuel for transporting the equipment and the assistant's fee (50 euros per day) are the responsibility of the client.
Upon receipt of the materials, the client checks them and confirms that everything is in order within two (2) days at the latest.
We do not keep the archive and after the expiration of this deadline, we use the cards on which it is recorded for another recording.

VIDEO PRODUCTION

We offer all services from all stages of production. We can offer them in PACKAGE or work individually as part of your project team.

The creation of a Creative Concept is not charged, and we set the price of the listed services according to the concept that you will accept.
